These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the finbiosis website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by finbiosis (“finbiosis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Use of the Services

You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to access them through unauthorized means or interfering with their normal operation.

Your content

You retain all rights to the workbooks, ledgers, documents, and other data you connect to or submit through the Services (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights necessary to submit Customer Content and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party right.

AI-generated output

The Services use automated and AI-based methods to produce analysis, reports, and other output. While we design the Services to trace figures to their sources, output may contain errors or omissions and is provided for informational purposes only. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying output before relying on it, and the Services do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or accounting advice.

Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, content, and trademarks (excluding Customer Content), are owned by finbiosis or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Services.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, finbiosis will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
